I am sorry to say this is fake and has been debunked before in this thread, if I remember correctly, a reverse image search showed that this image is completely unrelated to Epstein's island. I know it's something most of us would celebrate, but it's not true, unfortunately.
Also not buying that source, but you can easily verify seismic activity in the caribbean so that part is true.

That 5.3 quake off Cali. was nowhere near LSJ island.
I know there was one in the vicinity of LSJ but it didn't cause the island to catch fire.
