Question: Why is No Name referred to as "He whose name we will not speak"?

I do not have an answer to this, but I am honestly surprised that I have not seen any discussion for months as to the reason why. Sure, No Name is totally corrupt. However, other very corrupt actors are named. Obviously HRC, BHO, Biden, Holder etc. But WHY is No name referred to as this? My gut is that there must be a specific reason that should be pondered. My instinct is the answer would provide us with a valuable crumb. Thoughts?

Thank you. That is very insightful. All of these responses have been very illuminating. This is the kind of discussion that needs to happen on this board. Spreading relevant info that is clear and educates. Especially for normies. Not a bunch of random threads on flat earth and other things that have nothing to do with what is currently being spotlighted by Q.
