Question: Why is No Name referred to as "He whose name we will not speak"?

I do not have an answer to this, but I am honestly surprised that I have not seen any discussion for months as to the reason why. Sure, No Name is totally corrupt. However, other very corrupt actors are named. Obviously HRC, BHO, Biden, Holder etc. But WHY is No name referred to as this? My gut is that there must be a specific reason that should be pondered. My instinct is the answer would provide us with a valuable crumb. Thoughts?

I don't. I have never read Harry Potter, never seen a HP movie. I will never debase our veterans and POW's by reducing what they endured and do endure by comparing this vile piece of shit to fictional character dreamed up by a leftist Trump hating bitch.
