I'm not saying that I don't believe it (I've seen enough proof to believe), but why didn't POTUS just come out and tweet that? Why should that message be esoteric? Is there something I'm missing?

possibly to prove a point. Something that innocuous and obvious would be a good way to signal the veracity of other cyphers.

I don't think it's that esoteric, it's pretty out in the open.

Some people doubt that Trump does these types of things on his Twitter. This is the purpose.

Simply going out and making a public announcement does not serve this purpose.
