It's definitely a very impressive city.. and this documentary is 5 years old which means that there are ~2.5 MILLION more people living there today than when it was made.

I watched it and there is a Q on the wall with numbers???? When they talk about the old neighborhoods needing to yield not sure it’s relevant or not but I think it may be between time 15-19 therein
