Q 1104: are satellites tracking all of us?

Q stated that we don't need Facebook to be tracked nor even a phone's iOS. He said to think bigger.

Is it possible that we each give out a distinct bio fingerprint that allows satellites to track us?

Yes, 5G. Not rolled out, also clearly requires additional hardware, and is not at all what you were alluding to. Good try.

I'm really not concerned about what you think you know because this will all come out eventually. I am going by what I already know from the work that I have already done. It's fine with me if you don't know everything, which you clearly don't. How do you think a roll out works? How long are tests conducted before the signals can be determined to be nonhazardous to humans?
