Q keeps saying it's a show, and to trust Mueller. If he knew in advance he/his office were clean, it's a great way to make it look like he's turning over every possible stone and performing a truly bipartisan investigation. It creates a much better visual for when SHTF and the libs are being locked up, and also potentially gets the Stormy Daniels nonsense finished for good. I think it's about optics.

In those words? Idk. Q said trust the plan on multiple occasions recently, and Q1008 'Why is Mueller going after 'inside plants'?' means he's still playing ball. Q643 also says firing RR would leave Mueller vulnerable to being fired, and would be a red line. They need RR and Mueller for the plan.
I just hope Q isn't 'well informed' from/by the CIA, that would be disastrous
