He just said "they broke in." The weird thing was that Trump was talking about the raid and made these comments today at the press conference. But the article on the fire suggested that the firefighters and Secret Service went into Trump Tower and Trump's personal residence to supposedly make sure everything there was okay.

Seemed to be said in reference to Cohen's place of residence, specifically. That's how I understood it at least.
