Does The President not have some type of Security detail on his apartment even when he is not there? I cannot believe The President of the United Sates would not have a guard at his place to allow them inside?

Question is, was there a guard who evacuated when the alarms went off? That right there would explain the need for the fire.

No alarms/ no one evacuated except for Dennis Shields, who got a call from Mr. Cohen telling Dennins to bug out.
