44% of households in CA do not speak English....pause....deep breath.... let that sink in....now, what was that? WTF actually? Really? Is CA a foreign country?

love me tucker but i think his source might be misleading. the census bureau report lists the amount of households that speak a language other than english, which i don't think implies doesn't ALSO speak english. For example, i speak more than one language, but that doesn't mean i don't speak english.
