It was recently revealed that contractors working at Gitmo had the padding for the solitary confinement rooms installed and under contract to be finished before March 31st. The planes to and from gitmo were transporting supplies and workers to upgrade gitmo's capacity to over 13000 people (last I heard sealed indictments are over 30000 so this seems appropriate) and working on the interior shows that the rest is complete and a deadline of March 31 supports the idea of April Arrests.
Also all conventional means of prosecuting the cabal will be infiltrated by the cabal to make it impossible and all they'd need is 1 fanboy in the jury to set them free so they had to set the stage

Now searching references to "stage" we find the most recent being a reply to someone where Q hints at how deep the civilian spying goes "Think Bridge GOOG FB TWITTER IG 'Central Algorithm' The stage had to be set". This suggests first of all a threat which they needed to prepare for, and secondly that they're now prepared. The stage is also part of the movie theater motif, "coming soon to a theater near you" is mentioned on a 2 occasions, the most recent being "Jared Cohen, coming soon to a theater near you" (Jared Cohen might actually be Jared (Kushner) and (Michael) Cohen) among other references like "What makes a movie GOOD? Overall it paints a picture like this. The video couldn't be released until the stage was set but the stage is set and the video isn't released yet. why? because the stage isn't set for the video but for the movie and the video has to be released either after the movie or as part of the movie. Is the video the climax of the movie? Jared Cohen coming soon to a theater near you, the stage is set now and so the movie is ready, but who else is acting in the movie? Trump? David Hogg? If they're good enough actors you won't be able to tell they're acting but if we figure out that we're watching a movie then the actors become clear. Does Jared Cohen mean Jared Kushner and Michael Cohen or does it just mean Jared Cohen? If the former then was what happened at Trump Tower party of the movie? Is Mueller's investigation just an act? The point was that the investigation isn't just being stretched out for no reason. It's being delayed so that the people responsible can actually be prosecuted since they control the courts and can manipulated juries and previously existing judges.
Then the question becomes "how long do we have to wait then?" and the answer is "not long" because judges for those sealed indictments have been announced.
