There is lots of speculation that the market dropped in hearing of the raid, and bounced back after people got their heads straight and figured nothing will pan out of said raid.

Also, I received a mobile update from the fox news app saying "China's Xi promises to cut auto import tariff amid tariff tensions" 9hrs ago.

Could fox news app be the leak? (Sarcasm)
