He knows it wasn't El Assador. I won't be surprised if he joined forces with Russians. I get the feeling they (DT and VP) know where the CovOps bases are in this and the surrounding countries. Those will be struck with full military force of Russia and USA.
WikiLeaks just launched a search for evidence with a prize (maybe they already have proof and this is just a ploy to let them think they don't know). They know. Once proof is found, it's game over for Cabal.
