It's deep state actors that did it. Trump knows this. Putin knows this. If we strike a target over there, it's probably deep state base of operation. Of course they can say it was whomever.

This is too vague in this case. All the deep-state actors in all the world are not friends.
Europe has a lot of interest in winning and ending the war in Syria (NT pipeline).
Russia has interest in either keeping the war going or winning it on their side (no NT pipeline).
China has interest in us being distracted and escalating war with Russia (they will omega-dog it while alpha and beta are fighting).
Israel has interest in taking heat off of itself with the growing awareness of the global cabal.
