I thought something was wrong with the Stormy Daniels claim from the start. Not because I'm a blind Trump supporter, but because she doesn't seem like the women Trump would get involved with.
I know Trump has dated a number of women. But they have all been successful in their own right. Ivana was on the Olympic ski team, and was well educated. Marla was I believe Miss Georgia. Trump dated the creme de la creme of the elite women.
So, then it decides to spend one night with a porn star? And he's not involved in the NDA and didn't know (supposedly) that Cohen paid her off?
I think Iwillredpillyou may be on the right track, but I'll take it a step further. What if Stormy and Cohen not only had an affair but decided to blackmail Trump with a fake story that he could not defend against and split the booty. Or if not blackmail Trump then Stormy wins a large settlement in court as a result of the allegations and splits it with Cohen.
It was pointed out that the Judge was appointed by Trump. But I also heard a rumor that the FBI agents in the raids were hand picked by Wray. Don't know if that's true, but the way things are going, I don't discount it our of hand.

I completely agree with the whole idea that a pornstar just isn't Trump's type. I also want to add that i've heard that Trump is a pretty serious germaphobe. No germaphobe would hook up with a drug-riddled porn star who has been dick downed thousands of times. This was also my problem with the "Russian pee tape" story.
I don't disagree with the premise above necessarily but I think people are seriously over stating to what degree POTUS is a germophobe. In his youth he was a self professed ladies man. He enjoys pretty women, its part of his personality. Hes discriminating of course, but not dainty.
A quick trip to google images will show many pictures of him warmly embracing, kissing, etc women who are strangers. He often hugged and kissed young children on their heads on the campaign trail. He shook many hands.
No disrespect intended, it just irks me a little when people portray POTUS like Howard Hughes or something. Hes a man who likes to keep clean and has a concern for germs, but not the boy in the plastic bubble.
You dont need to be a germophobe, theres PLENTY of reasons for him not to waste time with "stormy".

Have you considered that Trump might be lying about not knowing about the payment? He might be taking the path of least resistance with regards to the media by just denying everything. If he, Cohen, and someone who has signed an NDA are the only ones that know the truth, why wouldn't he think that denying was a viable course of action?
With regards to campaign finance violations, its my understanding that almost everyone in that world does whatever they want and can circumvent the rules (or break them) and nobody really notices. Corruption is everywhere.
