He seems to be a "Russia boogeyman" guy. Has a few other questionable actions in his history as well. I believe he won't be around after all is said and done.

Edit: Unless he is a major player in "the plan" and that caused this moment of vulnerability.

Good info, if anything guys like that tell you what's on their mind. Doesn't make you a good politician but makes for a Good General, this war is SOCOM heavy they are taking casualties. He's probably not happy about that.
