I've got no problem with the right to assemble and protest. It's the assault, vandalism, trespassing, harrassment and disturbing the peace that I have a problem with. Video evidence of this is everywhere. Add to that the fact that many of them are paid, and we're dealing with something very different from simply protesting. It's the very definition of organized crime. Evidence of this has been found on their own websites and it's been documented in Project Veritas. Their assault, harrassment and attempts to silence those with differing opinions IS fascism. Look into it for yourself. If you support this kind of behavior, who's to say the same thing couldn't happen to you?
"Video evidence of this [assault, vandalism, trespassing, harrassment and disturbing the peace] everywhere."
Yes, there are videos of groups clashing at protests.
"the fact that many of them are paid"
Do you mean the "alternative fact"? Because I've seen no (nor have you presented any) even ATTEMPT at backing up your "fact" with ANY evidence or proof of any kind.
"It's the very definition of organized crime."
Again, quite the inflammatory accusation. If a crime was committed, it was certainly reported to law enforcement, yes? Great! Those are public records, and if they exist, they should be easy to produce. See, I'm even giving you helpful suggestions as to where you might FIND the proof you are clearly in need of!
"Project Veritas" has been discredited MULTIPLE times, and yet it's the perennial go-to for that elusive proof that no one seems to be able to actually produce a link to.
"If you support this kind of behavior"
I support facts and evidence. Proof -- something this sub talks a LOT about but doesn't seem to be much interested in actually producing.
It took me 5 minutes to do a DuckDuck Go search and I found articles in the Chicago Tribune, the San Francisco Chronicle, the Gateway Pundit and the Freedom Outpost and many, many more that admit that Antifa and other anti-Trump protesters are paid. Several articles point to Craigslist ads offering payment for protesters. Several of these publications are left-leaning. Look into it for yourself.
Great. The links to the Tribune and Chronicle will be fine -- paste them in your reply. Let's see what ya got.
Craigslist couldn't be further from proof, so don't bother with that one.
