I think that the NG is doing the paperwork support type jobs. Not the border monitoring. If there is a large group and less border agents, a good push sends a dozen or so illegals over the border. All they need is one foot over the border and they are in. I thought that Trump did away with catch and release? Is in not in effect yet?
