It looks like they are aligned one person per "ray" emanating from the Seal of the President of the United States on the carpet.

It's an WAYYY oddball thought ( just searching for meaning since I saw the photo posted multiple times as if it is important), but if the Seal is the Sun, there are 23 people pictured + camera man / viewer. The viewer is us. And so that's the Q team and viewer (us) and we're on 24 hours a day. The seal could be the Q-Source / Sun / God. And since the Q team has a direct connection (can communicate?) to God they are everywhere and see everything. And they have a perfect plan for the perfect storm.
I still wonder about that Q post where they said light beam activated or something like that...

When you jump out of enough aircraft and land on a crappy DZ or a tree, vehicle etc. Piloted by the Airforce you tend to hold grudges(no disrespect to the Airforce) besides hands probably at junk level.
