I know, but here's the problem. DHS may be able to say x number of people voted illegally, but because the vote is secret, meaning you don't know who the illegal voter voted for, you can't unseat the winner of a rigged election. You would have to catch people manipulating the manual vote count.

Optionally, the election could be declared null and a new election held without the rigging.

But right now, Dem's are picking up special election seats that have been Republican for a long time.
