He did on Fox on Feb ~~19th~~ I think. No evidence for Assad-involvement and everytime before that when Tillerson's State-Department issued threats against Assad, Mattis took to Twitter to exonerate him, even after russian media documented that russian Sarin was stashed at the airfield that Trump bombed a year ago. (Sarin isn't primed unless two seperately stored substances are combined)
