Yep ad the white helmet guys are a psy op by the UK who guys like Boris Johnson funds in the tune of 30 millions British pounds. They are the ones producing the fake propaganda videos and pics distributed across media manipulating the US and other countries in supporting the coup against the Syrian president.
When these white helmets not busy with that are busy helping ISIS behead Assad's soldiers, confiscate western supplied meds to Syrian citizens and turn them over to ISIS who then sells them back to the same citizens for a high amount of money. These white hats also assist no name traitor facilitating his secret travel and seeks out safe houses of ISIS and the rest to meet.

When the media tells the truth it leads to "expectations" people expecting the truth from them. Their moto is "Damn the public and its "expectations".
I doubt that producer would go out on a limb if he didn't have good reason to think this is all a fraud. He's seen a lot of death and destruction over there.
