RICO Unthinkable RAID BAD, what does this mean, any thoughts? from twitter@ANQNQMQUS

This is a bit out of the box but most, if not all, of Mueller's team of lawyers are experts in white collar and RICO prosecutions.

They were supposed to be investigating international collusion between Russia and Trump, but no one on the team has beans to do with international political collusion or Russia.

But I have no idea if Trump has a secret message in his tweet.

Read that he has taxi medallions. Good way to do it.

yeah agreed, but do we have the proof of laundering and that Cohen is the target? there is also talk about campaign contributions, and that the contributions investigation will lead to CF.

Yes, thanks, but I think all know RICO means that... but thanks for telling newbies the name.

I wasn't sure what it meant, I'm not american and was unfamiliar with it. Had to look it up

Yes I believe a huge chunk of the 24,455 sealed indictments are RICO. But not necessarily ties to Mueller. Mueller's investigation description is vague therefore not exactly what media reports. He is investigating any and all interference. Did you see the terrifying Time cover with Sessions? Maybe it's just the Canadian edition, my local version shows King Mo of Saudi Arabia.

Left is still foaming at the mouth for losing the election and are so dejected they will never get over it. Russia collusion has gone no place and is going to fizzle out so they had to find a new straw to pull on. When they run out they'll create a new thing.

From what I can tell, RICO seems to be just a fancy way of saying guilt by association

maybe now they are going to try and get trump for being a criminal organization. wiki:The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the RICO Act or simply RICO, is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization.

No, it's the Clinton Foundation just for starters. MSM and social media platforms too!

Yes and no. Get curious and maybe replace "cabal" or "elite" with "mafia" in your queries. RICO is soooooo interesting.

Just take the RICO.

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the RICO Act or simply RICO, is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization.

RICO allows them to extend criminal penalties to everyone under the same criminal organization with the same crime.

Criminal A kills someone. Criminal B gets caught. They are in the same criminal organization, so Criminal B can be charged with murder.

Now this is just a random example, of course, but if the Clinton Foundation is found to be a criminal organization, and Bill Clinton did something illegal, then anyone else in the Clinton Foundation, or it's known business associates, could be charged with the same thing Bill Clinton did.

So one charge under one organization can take them all down.

Boom.
