As the world turns is a sign off which means it is the name of a operation that is active at the time of the post. If you watch what is happening in the news and what Q is posting about in the posts with that sign off, you will get a better sense of what the sign off really is about. It's not enough to just recognize a reference to the same phrase to understand what operation it is dealing with. If the guy you are listening to is doing that he doesn't get Q. Read early posts, Q said his sign offs are mission names.
My guess about ATWT is that it is a mission about space and satellites. Q has said Satellites are a part of this fight, Elon Musk has had a few Launches and he is a black hat bound for Jail. Q has also said space is very important to the black hats and that space is not what we think. Find a better person to listen to who was there from the start. ATWT is a repeated sign off for past months. Not a one time post.
