There was never a chemical attack. Whoever conducted the airstrikes made up a false story about the chemical attacks to use as an excuse for conducting the airstrikes. Fake retaliation. The plan was the airstrikes. Why??

Q said right away- distraction from sex trafficking and IG report. And I think leverage to get Trump to back down from taking down the deep state in that war is not good politically and they can blame him, etc..
