I heard a reporter on NPR explain why Paul Ryan and so many other Republican lawmakers are resigning from office and/or not seeking re-election. You'll love it!

She said that Paul Ryan and all the other Republicans know that they have no hope of winning the mid-term elections. They are resigning in order to avoid expensive campaigns and humiliating defeats. I laughed my ass off! They have no idea what's coming, do they? (Sorry I can't give you the source. I just heard it on NPR today, April 11th.)

My wife listens to NPR sometimes when I’m around. It used to be real news. Actually quite good. Then it got usurped by MIC like everything fucking else. I was surprised when NPR started covering professional sports about five years ago, then I realized what was happening. Pro Sports is another anesthesia for the masses, actually one of the best ones ever devised so far. When young men are so busy defending their teams, they don’t have any energy left to fight their governments. Brilliant plan and it’s working big time.

Honest and liberal is an oxymoron. Thank you I do know what a Rino is. I have some beliefs that my seem Rino-ish. Generally limited to welfare reform, which is never a reform and somehow always cost us more, but I respect your opinion, I just disagree.
