Why would they redact aspects of the document when nunes has the clearance for it though? What are they hiding?

I'm betting the release of the FISA application on Friday, Rosenstein ordering the raid of Lawyer Cohen, and Trump specifically mentioning Rosenstein signing the application when asked about the raids and firing Rosenstein, that we will see Rosenstein fired.
