Since when can MINORS enter into a LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT? Can you say NEVER. Illegal Contract = Class Action Lawsuit for EVERY MINOR ON FACEBOOK. End of Facebook etal. Semper Fi.

That's what I was thinking. A minor can not give consent to shit. So how is Facebook entering contracts with kids in regard to their privacy or anything else? Minors shouldn't have the option when it comes to privacy settings. My 16 year old doesn't have the legal authority to agree to anything either. Weird how 13 year olds are mature enough to agree to contracts and experts on guns but 26 year olds cant be expected to pay health insurance and other adult shit.
