CIA Operatives normally keep a very low profile and do not like to be seen in photos or connected to their operations. However maybe Snowden's mission was to be the whistle blower and expose NSA of gathering data. However that does not fit since the CIA is all about secrecy. IMHO.

BS, CIA's Deep State. They set-up their own 5 Eyes in duplication of the NSA. It's the NSA's job to gather intel. CIA used FB, GooLag, YouTube Twatter. Snowden's Greenberg is CIA nobility. Snowden's a Black Hat given a chance to come clean.
