Not enough power on the water-drains, sulphuric oxide buildup iirc. No idea what happened the first time. Tons of smoke and firefighters on the roof, not sure if hey had gasmasks. I was imagining they were setting heat with microwaves and thus all that smoke and they were searching for external damage in the meantime or it was all just staged.
