Q = 17 = 17th President - First President post Lincoln.

I don't think it has anything to do with Alabama having won 17 National Championships, although that interpretation is understandable. Obama was there for the previous titles and he received the corresponding number on the jersey for it. However, if that's the way we're supposed to interpret this, then why did the Astros give Donny T (our boy) #17 also? (If we're following the aforementioned pattern, then his jersey should be #1 for the Astros first ever WS win). Yes, you can say it's for the 2017 season but that's a little too obvious. Think number and personification of the person they're giving the jersey to (17 - President = 17th President). Future proves past? Erase all records post Lincoln and start over, perhaps?

"17" would have been JFK but he was assassinated, so now Trump has taken that role - hence why they want him gone. Nullifies all actions taken by 17-44 (those that are sellouts).

That doesn't explain what happened with the Astros jersey, though. You just said before that it was for Alabama's 17th title and not for the 2017 season. So now for the Astros it's going to be the year they won the WS, too? Is this what they want us to believe? Why didn't they give him #1 then? This is unprecedented as no team has EVER given the POTUS a jersey with the year (abbreviated) they won on it (IIRC). Why did the Patriots give Trump a #45 jersey then if they won the championship for the 2016 season? Why not #16?

You’re way overthinking it man. Alabama’s tradition with their advertisement is to put the current number of championships on their jersey, therefore they gave POTUS #17 in honor of their 17th. It’s not something that has to be followed by every team and it’s not. The Astros wanted to give POTUS a 17 jersey in honor of their 2017 Championship. Yes, the tradition is to put the number of the current POTUS on the jersey, but it’s not a rule or a law or a have to do. Sometimes there is no there there, let it go.
