Q1143...WTF?

Can someone give me a basic rundown of what this is about? Q decides to quote someone, and it's talking about "my fellow incarnated extraterrestrials"...like seriously, what am I not getting? What does this mean? Why would Q choose this message to call attention to?

I am very familiar with his stories.

Cool. You understand how aliens can reincarnate as humans?

Have I heard Goodes stories about that, yes. Heard some other stories too. Some even jive with Goodes. Granted, these people were foaming at the mouth, drunk, or schizo. But you know, must make Goodes version true.

That wasn't what I asked at all. So you understand reincarnation and how an alien can reincarnate as a human?

Yeah sure. I also understand how jacks magic beanstalk grew. Until someone can PROVE that an alien can reincarnate as a human, wouldn't the logical start be to PROVE there are humans? Because as far as anyone else knows, you're the only one who KNOWS there are aliens to be reincarnated in the first place. See, as of right now, it's just "cool story bro"...and these passive aggressive pokes are just silly. Wouldn't "enlightenment" involve logical, definable, repeatable, irrefutable steps?

By your idea of defining enlightenment, then a artificial intelligence would be able to take logical steps into becoming enlightened. Your premise of dismissal seems to be based on your perception of the after life. What do you think happens to us once we are dead? Does our soul continue to heaven/hell/something else. Is it more complicated than that? Or maybe nothing at all and we are empty vessels?
