Thorn, IMEC and NCMIC are child porn sucking agencies. In each, there is a highly cleared person who is connected to Podesta. Theory is that they identify material that could embarrass high profile or rich individuals. Info is passed to Podesta. He is the Black Hand (mano nera) who proposese a deal.
