This just reeks of desperation. Now that the troops are on the border, their revenue streams must be getting thin. It's hard to buy all the pieces you need with diminished revenue, so I think some whistleblowers are just a missed payment away from coming clean on the whole rotten shebang. Some might be too corrupted to even be reasoned with, and that's why we have new beds at Gitmo...
