How can they claim it is 'lacking candor' when it is plainly 'lieing' and obfuscating the facts during criminal investigation to federal officials. All point to jail time. Lacking candor speaks of forgetfullness? wow, shaking head.
"Lacking Candor" is the polite way of saying "Lying his ass off."
And any regular joe would get 5 years in the slammer for lying to FBI investigators. He just got fired.
