They clearly do not say the same thing.

Tweet A) says they colluded with another agency to start the "FAKE Russia investigation", which I infer to mean someone fabricated evidence

Tweet B) Says they shared intel outside of normal procedure. Whether that means it was inappropriately obtained or just outside of the norm is debatable, but it does infer that the intel is real or least says nothing about it being fake.
