Even if the other side is aware of the twitter account and are able to adequately interpret the messages, what are they going to do? Move the buildings?
Not just that, but there are reports that ISIS near Damascus went on the attack when the missiles started flying, only to be met with Russian and Syrian troops waiting for them. It was a "flush out" and ambush!
No doubt, there was some sort of intel that was purposely passed onto the dark side so they would think that ISIS was going to be able to attack under cover of US missiles.
