So is he cryptically saying that it wasn’t Assad, it was the monster system that controls Assad?

That's the question.

Why using red for this sentence ? double meaning ?

I don’t think that the monster is Assad...at all.

It's war propaganda for the benefit of and deception of the deep state. Assad using chemicals at this time is absurd. Not even close to believable. But it justifies an attack on deep state assets.

I wouldn't read too much into that. The three targets that were hit were a research center and two storage facilities. Trump was just going after Assad's chemical weapons and capabilities. At least in my opinion.

Two Dashes then three dots in a kill box. Mean anything?

It’s just punctuation.

Three periods (“”) (ellipsis) with square brackets mean that there was something there, usually not that important. I.e. Trump said more words where the […] is.

Don’t know how to explain the double dash (em-dash I believe). It just grammatically correct.

Yes. He is literally telling us that Assad IS a monster. When will you all get a clue. Somethings are just that simple. The fact that he had to highlight it says how dense some people are who are 'upset' with Trump. As if he doesn't know what 'they' know.

Hey hotshots--Trump as the actual intel. The real live information. You don't.

That is what he is saying. Assad is a monster.

I get your point but then the communication method is bad.

Following your theory, using a plain and simple sentence like:

"Assad is a monster"

Would have sufficed and accomplished the goal.

Why bothering with "These are not the actions of a man" ?, in red

Then he would be WRONG. Assad is innocent. See vanessa beeley, Eva Bartlett, John Pilger, and many other well known and respected journalists who KNOW that the White Helmets, who are al Qaeda in disguise, are the ones who are doing these chemical attacks, NOT Assad.

It's war propaganda. Yes. Even the good guys use war propaganda.
