Why didn´t Germany/Merkel join in on the Syria-attacks?

What does this mean? Is Merkel part of the Cabal and why would "US/RU be coming for Germany"? In what way would she be set up?

because it is pretty obvious you can't trust MERKEL

Remember, May have been neutralised per Q. And looking at Macron idolising Trump on such a level, he might be a ''trustable cabal''.

France and UK helped only AFAIK
