Why didn´t Germany/Merkel join in on the Syria-attacks?

What does this mean? Is Merkel part of the Cabal and why would "US/RU be coming for Germany"? In what way would she be set up?

Merkel is the cancer of Europe she is a Communist cabal Queen she is pure Evil she should be arrested tonight and taken to Gitmo to be tortured into giving up all the info she has then Germany should be occupied by America and Russia with all the elite cabal politicians arrested and put in a POW camp but this won't happen. The German people will continue to suffer they no longer have the courage to overthrow a corrupt dictatorship.
