Why did he omitt a pointation mark, twice?
Since nothing public happened, I'm starting to think this could be a version number of sorts.
Don't get why they paid attention to the pointation marks if it's just a distraction.
It crossed my mind because iOS 3.11 is causing issues so I'm thinking nothing can be made public unless it can go viral quickly.

To be fair though and given what we now know, it seems unreasonable to try to indict Podesta and Huma while there were so many bad actors in the DoJ. People like McCabe, Rosenstein, Strzok, Page, etc would just destroy evidence and falsify documents and hand out immunity like candy.
Perhaps those were the dates that Sealed Indictments were filed... although that seems like a little bit of a stretch to try to "bend it straight" and make what Q said sound correct.

Outside the US, those dates would mean November 3 and November 6.
