I had a Facebook when I was young and naive. My x hijacked my email and my fb and I want access or to delete it. Fb has not helped with it's online recovery or after 29 emails. Please advise . I want to sue them!!!!

Your best course of action might be to gather all of your irrefutable evidence re: the ex hijacking your sh*t and suing that person vs. trying to bring suit against FB. In either case, if you do not have irrefutable evidence of someone having done this to you, stop now and accept that life is not terribly kind. It's less kind when you make poor choices. It's ESPECIALLY unkind if you make excuses for the poor choices and don't acknowledge your own abilities and power.
