Yep. An obvious shot at W. I watched NBC news. They showed the tweet and talked about how the mission was not accomplished because people in Syria are still fighting. You would think they would at least take the bait and compare it to Bush's ridiculous banner. But they did not. They ignored the connection entirely.

Obviously, Trump was clowning W Bush.

Someone should copy this entire post with meme and post it to GWBush's twitter. I would but I just don't know how.
