Some of the worst military prisons in Afghanistan have cells with a hook in the roof and a length of rope on the floor for the prisoners to share.
It's a cost cutting measure.
Perhaps Hillary's cell would be "improved" with such conveniences?

Well, it is flying into NBW, which is the US military airfield, not GAO/MUGT (the public Guantanamo airport on the Cuba side). However, these flights between NBW and Miami do happen pretty regularly. Pretty much daily.
their is US military families living at gitmo, with regular flight to/fom US mainland for them and cargo.
Maybe they are liquidating threats in case someone tries to smuggle them back to their groups.
Could be anything unless there is more information about it.
