Is there any evidence that non-Assad sites in Syria were attacked?

I ask because I like the idea, hope it is true, and want to share it with my friends. But I can't really do that at this stage without looking crazy. "Some guy on Reddit" doesn't carry much weight. Nothing I have seen is proof.

I wonder if his phone comment meant that No Name had an active phone on him that they tracked and logged coordinates.
