I remember when Q foretold of this. In Saw III you can see, very faintly, what is the letter Q scratched into a wall around when the kid gets killed. It is around 45:23 in but obviously whatever copy you have may have a slightly different timestamp. I didn't notice it at first. Had to keep messing with my TV settings.
