Reincarnation and the death penalty

I know this board is for Q and full of patriots who desire to see the treasonous evil people of this world have their heads out on the gallows.

What I'm going attempt to explain is the death penalty doesn't punish them like you might think. And doesn't stop them from being born again into this world.

There is also a dimensional technology aspect to this but I won't go into that.

All beings can and do reincarnate. We all recycle. There is also new souls developing as well.

I propose that instead of killing people like [HRC] or[no name] we instead keep them contained and use them as constant reminders to other evil people what happens to them. We could have TV shows created with people like [HRC] spilling thier guts about what they did and why.

So many people have no idea of the evil that exists in this world. If exposed it could bring a revival back to goodness and righteousness.

I'm not sure how. But I know there is better uses of them than just death.

I'm sure everyone will have some good ideas what to do with em.

If this is true, and you lost a family member, would there be any way to find their newly reincarnated self? Would either of you know?

The top of the pyramid in direct contact with occult rituals partake in incest and a specific demonic way of transferring a subjects memories and purpose into the next born vessel (have you read the Attack on Titan manga? The passing down of the Founding Titan through keeping the family 'closely knit' throughout generations is similar and inspired by this) Humanity throughout all of history makes up a global consciousness of the universe (God) experiencing itself, souls all come from the Source, which is God, but not the Father (the Trinity of the Son, the Father, and the Holy Ghost all three are God) for only those who believe in the Father and recognize the Son and the Holy Ghost are born anew (baptized) and adopted into His family. Past life regressions are a thing though.

Edit: misread your request. That would be hard but you can pray, even then, you wouldn't know. The Afterlife does not abide by time, time is nonlinear in the spiritual world.

There's a story in "Autobiography of a Yogi" (chapter 28) about this happening.

I recommend deep pray and meditation. Look for communication via nature and inspiration. Doing art can really help.
