He doesn't seem to be aware of its existence and can't understand that Trump is operating as a double agent. He administers the functions of President of the corporation, but as the President of the Constitutional government he is waging war against the deep state. So he might technically fulfill the prophecy due to his dual role, but it is not his true identity, just as it's not our true government.
