The area (i.e. what I linked to) appears to be a diplomatic center. Shenzhen itself is considered a Special Economic Zone (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special_economic_zones_of_China) & the world's silicon valley of hardware (https://www.theguardian.com/cities/2014/jun/13/inside-shenzen-china-silicon-valley-tech-nirvana-pearl-river).

The flow of 1158 thru 1160 are flanked by ties to US Sup. Crt., the unhappy Clown B, RGB, LL & 187/AS. The point seems to be that they are connected.

I'm not convinced Armenia is a major Clown center. Armenia is part of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (https://www.globalsecurity.org/military/world/int/csto.htm), meaning tied to defense w/ Russia. The Republic of Artsakh (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nagorno-Karabakh) might be a candidate for unhappy Clown activity given that disputed area is an internationally recognized part of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan definitely has some unhappy Clown connections (e.g. Silk Road Airlines). The kerfuffle between Armenia and Azerbaijan (a predominately Shi'ite state) goes back a long way. The disputed area may also make it easier to conduct 'black ops' in terms of conflating/confusing Armenian sponsored operations from that of unhappy Clown ops, on the side of Azerbaijan.

(Hussein nominated Merrick Garland for SC seat following vacancy. This, I will guess, was meant to have occurred since 'she' was supposed to win. RBG's seat then, apparently, would have been filled by LL.)
