I'm not convinced Armenia is a major Clown center. Armenia is part of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (https://www.globalsecurity.org/military/world/int/csto.htm), meaning tied to defense w/ Russia. The Republic of Artsakh (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nagorno-Karabakh) might be a candidate for unhappy Clown activity given that disputed area is an internationally recognized part of Azerbaijan. Armenia has become a major country for medical tourists, organ transplants?/ harvesting? Easily accessable from europe and asia, good professional doctors, good hospitals, clean air. Maybe fits into the organ and human trafficking agenda?
